Full Service Interior Design
Whether you're looking to transform one room or your entire home, I aspire to make your home a reflection of you & the way you want to live. Together, with your contractors, we'll design your ideal space from conception to completion.
Here's a little break down of the process:
Discovery Chat - We'll meet virtually to discuss your project and I'll answer any of your questions about the design process & my approach.
Detailed Design Questionnaire - This is your initial space to elaborate on your home, who lives in it, how you want it to look & function, aesthetic preferences, including sending inspiration images. This is where we start to learn how I can make this house a home that reflects you and your family.
Initial meeting- We'll meet in your space (perhaps with your contractor) and dive deeper into your goals, vision, problem areas, and answer your questions. I'll take lots of photos & measurements and get the creative process in motion.
Big picture concept- Next up is to create a high level design concept for your home via inspiration boards. This will include a color palette & layout proposals that you will be able to provide feedback on to hone in on the perfect plan for your home.
Design Presentation - Once we are clear on a path forward, we will get more granular with specific floor plans, materials, furniture & fixtures. You are encouraged to give feedback and I will make revisions as necessary.
Contractor Involvement - I'll work directly with your contractor & subcontractors to discuss the vision & provide Spec lists of every detail, including materials, lighting plans, paint colors, hardware locations, etc.
Purchasing - When the design is finalized, it's time to purchase! I'll manage all the ordering, extending my trade discounting (where applicable) to you, as well as oversee shipping, deliveries and the inevitable post-order snafu.
Installation - When everything has arrived we'll schedule time to install and set the room. Please note - as much as I love furniture and wall art - I am not skilled at assembling or mounting. I'm a dreamer, not a doer! I recommend having your contractors or a handy man on site for installation day to move larger pieces, perform assembly, install artwork, etc.
Finishing touches, Styling, and Final Walk through - After all the furniture has arrived, we'll order the finishing touches and I will style everything to the very last little coaster. We'll do a final walkthrough to make sure your space is designed to a T for you.
Photography - My photography team will come in to capture your beautiful new space at no cost to you!
$100 per hour. 20 hour minimum. $500 deposit.
Design Day
Perfect for those who need design direction to achieve their DIY dreams in focused spaces. Whether you are about to remodel a room and need advice on color palette, layout & finishes, looking to DIY a refresh of your living room, or you just have a couple rooms that you just don't know what to do with. I will help you form a plan & give you the tips to set you off in the right direction.
Your day will include:
Pre-consultation questionnaire & prep: This is your opportunity to elaborate on your home and what you are hoping to achieve. This includes sending your Pinterest boards, inspiration photos, and answering a series of detailed questions to quickly pinpoint your priorities & design preferences. I will take that information to create a focused plan for our on-site consultation, including ordering any necessary samples & swatches.
1 hour On-site consultation: We'll tour your target spaces, provide layout tips, identify priority areas, look at paint, fabric, and wallpaper swatches (if applicable), and brainstorm ideas to move forward.
Studio Time: I will spend additional time after our consultation to put together floor plans, design boards, product links, purchase lists and/or sourcing suggestions, and styling notes so you can have the confidence to take your project the rest of the way.
$650 per Design Day. $300 deposit.
Please note this is a time-based service, not project based. This means I will deliver as much as possible in the time allotted. Need additional time? No problem...add up to 3 extra hours at $100/hour.
Styling Services
Ideal for fully furnished spaces that are in need of decorative details, or a seasonal refresh.
$100 per hour. 8 hour minimum. $300 deposit.
